Kayberos is the male counterpart of Oberos, eating the metal blocks that the other Bydo leaves behind in its wake.

Oberos' male counterpart, Kayberos is able to destroy the metal nests of Oberos in a moment.
R-Type Final 2
Kayberos reappears in R-Type Final 2, within the DLC Stage Auxiliary Base. Here, Kayberos is renamed Cebros, and functions as normally as its classic counterpart. In Bydo Mode and higher, Cebros is replaced with Lichbros, which functions much like Cebros, but armed with a turret that can fire bullets at the player.
